U.S. Shipping Rates:

Our Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150

Processing Time:

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. After an order is processed, shipping should take 3-7 business days. 

Shipping Details:

To ensure accurate delivery, review your shipping details at the checkout stage. Ensure that all information, such as street name, house number, city, state, and ZIP code, is correct. An incomplete or inaccurate address might cause delays or misdelivery of your package. In the event of a return due to an incorrect address, we will notify you via email. To proceed with reshipment, you will be required to provide an updated address and cover our $5 reshipment fee.

If your shipment goes missing during transit, kindly reach out to us at info@lovingdaisy.com, and wee will initiate a claims process. In the event that the package can not be located following the investigation, we will proceed by either resending your items or refunding your order.

Please note that we do not assume responsibility for stolen packages, and refunds cannot be issued if the delivery status indicates that the package was delivered. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, it is advisable to contact the carrier directly for assistance with your package.

I received a damaged item...

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of the deliver date. Please email us to report any damage and forward photos of the damage to info@lovingdaisy.com
