Return Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop at Loving Daisy! We hope that you love all of your items from us, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. We have developed the following return policy to ensure a hassle-free and enjoyable shopping experience for you. 

Returns

We accept returns on all eligible merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, your item will no longer be eligible for a return.

Discounted/ sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, items must remain unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached. Items with any form of stains, including makeup, deodorant, or other types, will not be accepted for a return. Additionally, items with noticeable odors such as perfume or cigarette smell will not be eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. 

Exchanges

We are not able to process an exchange at this time. However, you are welcome to place a new order (while the item(s) are still available) and initiate a separate return process for the original purchase. 

Return Instructions

To request a return, please initiate the process through your account or send an email to info@lovingdaisy.com. Include your order number and details of the item(s) you intend to return. We will promptly respond with further instructions. 

Please expect a processing period of 3-5 business days for your return once it is received. After your return has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of the delivery date. In the event of any damage, please contact us promptly via email at info@lovingdaisy.com. Along with your message, please include photos that depict the extent of the damage.

I received a damaged item...

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of the deliver date. Please email us to report any damage and forward photos of the damage to info@lovingdaisy.com
